Risk of Loss in Shipping
All items purchased from PdsToner.com are made pursuant to a
shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title
for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Product Descriptions
PdsToner.com and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as
possible. However, PdsToner.com does not warrant that product
descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete,
reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by PdsToner.com
itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it
in unused condition.
General Shipping Information
PdsToner.com will ship to any address in the United States.
We are sorry we cannot ship to addresses outside of the United
States at this time. Remember that to find out when you will
receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the
items you are ordering as well as the shipping option you select.
Orders will usually ship within 24 business hours, i.e., if
you place an order on Friday at 5pm (MST), it will ship the
following Monday (provided Monday is not a holiday).
The shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies
of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded
up to the next full pound.
Return of Merchandise:
30-day unconditional guarantee.
After 30 days product can only be returned on an exchange basis.
We cannot accept returned product under any circumstances 6
months after shipment.
To return a product, it is necessary to call our Customer Service
Department for approval prior to the return of any product.
Please call 1-877-595-4465 Monday through Friday between
8:00am - 5:00pm MST, and please have the following information
available when you call:
Your account number
The invoice number
Quantity to be returned
Part number of product to be returned
Reason for the return
We will assign a Return Authorization Number, and mail a Return
Authorization label with shipping instructions to you.
No returns will be accepted without this number.
Return Authorization labels are valid for 30 days after date
of issue.
Returns must be in original packaging and factory sealed where
applicable. If the product is not received in salable condition
it will be returned to you. Special order items are not returnable.
Return of defective product is accepted according to the manufacturer's
return policies.
There is a 15% restocking charge on returns of non-defective
goods after 30 days from the date of receiving the merchandise.
Shipping Claims:
Claims of shortages, misshipments, and overshipments must be
made within eight (8) working days of the receipt of goods.

Cancellation Policy:
Once a product has shipped the order cannot be canceled. When
the product arrives, a Return Authorization label can be requested
from Customer Service at 1-877-595-4465.
Payment Terms:
Upon credit approval, terms are net 30 days from the date of
invoice. Outstanding invoices may cause delays in shipping.
You may contact our Credit Department at 1-877-595-4465
to supply them with payment information for your account. A
finance charge of 1.5% (annual rate of 18%) will be charged
on all past due balances.
Freight:
All returns must be sent freight pre-paid, unless otherwise
noted by PdsToner.com.
